Ash is an AI built from the ground up for personalized mental health support to help you celebrate wins, make sense of chaos, and get support on bad days. Ash is a private, zero judgment space to speak freely. Ash learns from your patterns and gives you personalized insights to help you understand yourself more deeply. How is Ash built? Most AI tools were built using data from the internet. Ash is a specialist AI in human psychology trained on a large-scale data set of proprietary expert data to draw from established techniques used in therapy (cbt/cognitive behavioral therapy, dbt/dialectical behavior therapy, ifs/internal family systems, act, somatic therapy, etc.). Ash is designed and guided by an expert team of the world's top mental health leaders. What outcomes have you seen from people who downloaded Ash?
