Download your Football Sessions - Player app to view your completed dynamic player assessments made by your coach using the Football Session - Coaches app. Ask your soccer coach to make a report for you if you don't have one yet. Within the app you can file and analyse the coach prepared reports. Outfield players and goalkeepers can use the reports to:- • monitor performance and targets • establish support systems focusing on the right areas • form home football training programmes; and • benchmark for realistic pathways for success. SELF ASSESSMENT You can also conduct a quick self assessment with a tool to rate yourself against age specific football benchmarks. The app offers you support to improve your football by being able to self-analyse your current level of performance. It’s a starting point to get a general overview of perceived strengths and weaknesses which you can focus on to maximise your performance. Your report will generate by bench-marking you to relevant and realistic development guidelines. The questions and answers will give an understanding of key focus areas that can be incorporated into personal development plans. You can also:- • re-assess your level of performance and monitor improvements by comparing past scores • discuss the report outcomes with your soccer coach and seek advice and practical support while training in the team • complete an assessment as often as desired with the quick and easy format.
