Mera - Calorie Tracker App-Analysen für 21. Oktober

Mera is the simplest way to understand what you eat. Snap a photo of your meal — and in seconds, Mera's AI identifies the ingredients, estimates portions, and breaks everything down into calories, protein, carbs, and fats. No endless food-database searches. No barcode hunting. No manual entry. Just a photo. WHAT MERA DOES • Photo calorie tracking — the AI reads your plate and logs macros for you. • AI nutrition assistant — ask anything about food, meals, ingredients, or your goals and get a clear, conversational answer in your language. • Smart analytics — daily, weekly, and monthly trends for calories, macros, weight, and your logging streak. • Personalized goals — daily calorie and macro targets calculated from your profile using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, or set manually. • Saved meals — store favorite dishes as templates and log them again in one tap, with the full ingredient breakdown. • Gentle reminders — optional nudges for meals, water, and your daily nutrition summary. • Weight tracking — log your weight and watch the trend line, not the noise. • Works in English and Russian. WHY MERA IS DIFFERENT Most calorie counters make you do the work: searching databases, scanning barcodes, guessing portion sizes. Mera does the heavy lifting with AI, so tracking takes seconds instead of minutes. You show up, snap a photo, and move on with your day.
