Peaks - Notes & Todos App-Analysen für 2. November

Peaks keeps the notes and the todos of a project in the same place. Make a project for anything you work on: a client website, a house renovation, a sourdough starter. Split it into topics: Design, Development, "Kick-off 02.10.2026". Each topic is a page where notes, lists, code and todos sit next to each other, so the reason for a todo is never far from the todo itself. WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK • Headings, paragraphs, bullet and numbered lists, quotes, code blocks and dividers • Markdown shortcuts as you type: #, -, 1., [ ], >, ``` and **bold** • Type / for a block menu, or @ to mention a person • Images and files right in the page, with one-click image optimizing • Copy or export any topic as clean Markdown TODOS THAT KNOW THEIR PLACE Turn any line into a todo. Give it a due date, a priority, tags and a person. Every open todo shows up in its project and in one list across all projects, sorted by what's due. Check one off anywhere and it's done everywhere. AN INBOX FOR EVERYTHING ELSE Not every todo has a project yet. Add it to the inbox from the menu bar, the widget, Siri or Shortcuts, with "#tag @name !high tomorrow" right in the text. Move it into a project later with a drag or a quick search. SIRI AND SHORTCUTS "Add a todo in Peaks." Add todos, check them off, list what's open and jump to a project or the inbox, by voice or in your own shortcuts. Pick a default project for Siri, or let everything land in the inbox. START THE DAY WITH A BRIEF The first time you open Peaks each day, a short brief shows what you finished yesterday, what's due today and what's still open. One click and you're working. Turn it off any time. INSIGHTS Your year in check-offs: a ridge of every week, a dot for every day, your streak, your busiest weekday and your best hours, plus a few things worth knowing about your notes. All worked out on your device. MEETINGS, SORTED Put a date in a topic's name and it becomes a meeting. Mention who was there, write down the decisions, and add the follow-ups as todos while you talk. KEEP IT TIDY Archive finished projects and topics: they leave your lists but stay searchable and come back with one click. MADE FOR EVERY SCREEN A native app for Mac, iPad and iPhone, in English and German. On the Mac, Peaks lives in the menu bar too, with your open todos one click away. YOURS TO STYLE Eight themes: Light, Dark, Graphite, Bubblegum, Monstera, Lemon, Midnight and Carl. Pick a different look on each device. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up, no account, no analytics, no ads. Your notes are stored on your devices and synced through your own private iCloud. ONE PRICE Buy Peaks once and use it on all your iPhones, iPads and Macs. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no Pro tier.
