Mobile Repair Shop Manager App-Analysen für 3. November

A customer walks in with a cracked screen. Thirty seconds later the job is logged, photographed, priced and printed — and the customer has the receipt on WhatsApp before they leave the shop. 📋 A JOB CARD IN 30 SECONDS • Phone number first — a returning customer's name, brand and model fill themselves in • Brand chips for Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, OnePlus, Motorola and Nokia • IMEI, problem, estimated cost and advance payment • Every job gets its own job number automatically 📸 PROOF BEFORE YOU OPEN THE DEVICE Photograph the front, back, screen, accessories and any existing damage at intake, and tick off a 12-point condition checklist. A scratch that was already there stays already there. This is the feature that ends the argument at handover. 🧾 PDF JOB CARDS YOU CAN HAND OVER An A5 receipt with your shop name, phone and address, a scannable QR code and barcode, customer and device details, the condition checklist, the amounts, your own terms and a signature line. Print it, or share the PDF straight to WhatsApp. 💬 WHATSAPP UPDATES IN ONE TAP Ready-written messages for every stage — received, being repaired, waiting for parts, ready for pickup, delivered — with the job number, the device and the balance already filled in. 💰 MONEY THAT ADDS UP • Estimated cost, advance, part payments and balance on every job • Pending dues on the dashboard, not buried in a book • A full payment history for every job 📊 THE WHOLE SHOP AT A GLANCE Open jobs, devices ready for pickup, today's intake and total pending dues on one screen. Search by customer name, phone, IMEI or job number. 📷 SCAN TO OPEN Point the camera at the QR code on a printed job card and the job opens. No searching, no typing. 📴 YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Every job card, photo, payment and customer record lives on your own device. Nothing is uploaded or synced. The app works with no internet connection at all — the signal drops, the shop keeps running. 🏪 BUILT FOR Mobile and smartphone repair shops, laptop and tablet repair counters, service centres handling walk-in repairs, and anyone still tracking repairs in a register book. 💳 FREE AND PREMIUM Free: job cards, intake photos, the condition checklist, PDF receipts and WhatsApp updates — with a limit on how many job cards you can create.
