5sec: App Blocker & Focus App-Analysen für 13. Oktober

This brief interruption helps you notice automatic habits, breathe, and decide whether you really want to continue. Whether you want to reduce social media use, improve focus, manage screen time, or develop healthier digital habits, 5sec creates space between impulse and action.
