If you're looking for a simple way to log and track your XF workouts (WODs), myWOD is your app! Stop relying on your box or gym to keep track of your achievements. You worked hard to hit that new Fran time or that new Snatch PR; you might have even rung the bell. Let’s ensure that when the system they use is changed your achievements stay; with myWOD. Choose from the most common preselected Girl & Hero workouts or create a custom work to track your progress. Search via name or calendar entry to find your last PR and crush it next time.
