**Dialysis Pro: Dialysis Tracker** *A clean, private health tracker designed to simplify your dialysis routine.* Managing dialysis is a daily commitment, and keeping track of your numbers shouldn't add to that stress. Dialysis Pro is built to be a straightforward, reliable tool to help you log your daily treatments, monitor your vitals, and easily share those records with your healthcare team. Designed with a focus on simplicity and privacy, the app gives you a clear, distraction-free space to record what matters. **Why choose Dialysis Pro?** * **Privacy-First:** By default, your health data is stored strictly on your device. We do not link your health logs to your identity or sell your information. * **Focused & Straightforward:** A clean interface that lets you enter your numbers quickly and get on with your day. * **Supportive Upgrades:** The core tracking features are completely free. If you want to expand your tracking, we offer a premium subscription that unlocks automatic cloud backups, notifications, and visual trend charts, which directly funds the app's ongoing updates and support. **What you can track:** * **Peritoneal Exchanges:** Record and manage APD and CAPD exchanges. * **Hemodialysis Fluid:** Log fluid loss and gain between treatments. * **Fluid Intake:** Log daily fluid intake to help manage your target limits. * **Blood Pressure & Heart Rate:** Keep tabs on cardiovascular health. * **Weight & Temperature:** Track crucial physical trends. * **Treatment Notes:** Save custom notes, symptoms, or logs for doctor visits. **Key Features:** * **CSV Export:** Share your history with your doctor or keep backup sheets for your records. * **Timer Notifications:** Get alerted when a peritoneal treatment cycle finishes (Premium). * **Progress Charts:** Monitor your health trends and history visually (Premium). *Important note on data: Since your logs are kept locally on your device by default, uninstalling the app will delete your logs unless you have an active subscription for cloud backups.* ABOUT * Your data is kept on your device unless subscribed.
