Qif - Pause with Intention App-Analysen für 2. November

Every time you reach for a distracting app, Qif meets you at the gate. Not to block you. Not to lecture you. Just to pause — long enough to remember who you are and what you actually want from this moment. Qif (قف) is the Arabic word for stop. It appears in the Quran as a waqf mark — a notation telling the reciter to pause and breathe before continuing. Qif brings that same intention to your digital life. When you open a guarded app, Qif shows you a verse or dhikr in a moment of stillness. You choose: walk away, or open the app with intention. Either way, the choice is now yours — not your impulse. Built for Muslims who want their digital habits to reflect their values. Useful for anyone who has ever picked up their phone and forgotten why. What Qif does: — Intercepts guarded apps before they open — Shows a Quranic verse or dhikr in a moment of stillness — Gives you a real choice: walk away or open with intention — Tracks how often you pause and how often you walk away — Ramadan mode for deeper engagement during the holy month Qif uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a guarded app is opened. It cannot read screen content or record any information from other apps. Free to start. No ads. Ever.
