Searcho - Search Launcher App-Analysen für 4. Oktober

Still swiping through pages of icons to find one app? Searcho is a search-bar launcher that replaces your entire home screen with a single bar — no grid to scroll, no pages to swipe, no folders to dig through, just the thing you were looking for the moment you start typing. 🔍 WHY A SEARCH-BAR LAUNCHER? Most launchers are built to give you a prettier grid to scroll. Searcho removes the grid. One bar searches your apps, contacts, messages, music and files at the same time — so two letters in, the thing you wanted is already the first result. 🚀 KEY FEATURES • One Bar for Everything — apps, contacts, messages, songs, videos and documents from a single search field • Contacts in the Bar — find anyone by name or number, then call, message or WhatsApp them without ever leaving the bar • Message Search — search what people actually said to you, across every messaging app • Built-in Maths — type 42 x 18 and the answer appears in the bar, no calculator app needed • Widget Cards — swipe the bar to flip between music player, quick tiles and battery • Quick Actions — torch, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ringer, Do Not Disturb, brightness and rotation in a single tap • Icon Packs, Folders & Gestures — full icon pack support, folders for the few apps you want visible, swipe for notifications and double tap to lock • Privacy-First by Design — no ads, no trackers, no analytics, no account; Searcho does not even hold the INTERNET permission, so nothing can leave your phone • Lightweight & Fast — a tiny footprint with no lag, even on older phones • One-Time Purchase — $1 once, no subscription, ever 🧠 BUILT FOR • Minimalists who want a home screen with nothing on it but a bar • Power users who want everything on their phone two keystrokes away • Privacy-conscious people who want a launcher that cannot phone home • Anyone tired of scrolling who would rather just type what they want Download Searcho and stop organising your home screen. — Accessibility Service API Usage Searcho includes optional features—Gestures & Screen Lock (navigation shortcuts, motion gestures, and Double Tap to Lock)—that utilize Android's Accessibility Service API. When enabled, this service performs the following functions: • Navigation & System Actions: Receives gesture triggers (like double-tapping the home screen or executing motion shortcuts) to perform corresponding system actions, such as locking your screen or going Back, Home, Recents, or opening Notifications and Quick Settings. • Gesture Context: Reads the active application package name in real-time so that a gesture performs the correct action for the app currently in the foreground. Privacy and Data Safety: • No Data Collection: The service only reads the active app package name to determine which action applies. It does not record keystrokes, personal details, or other screen content — it is declared without permission to retrieve window content, so Android itself prevents this. • No Data Transmission: No accessed data is stored, collected, or transmitted. All processing happens locally on your device, and Searcho does not hold the INTERNET permission. • Fully Optional: These features are completely optional. The Accessibility Service is not enabled by default and can be turned off at any time in Android system settings. Searcho is not an accessibility tool for users with disabilities.
