Indy: ADHD AI Coach & Planner App-Analysen für 30. September

Indy is the ADHD AI planner and daily support system built from 100,000+ real ADHD coaching sessions. It keeps your goals in view, helps you plan your day, and shows up when you're stuck, without streaks, without guilt, and without rigid systems. Indy isn't a human coach. It's a different kind of support, one that couldn't exist without coaching. 100,000+ real ADHD coaching sessions went into building it: the questions that actually help, the frameworks that work for ADHD brains, the moments when someone needs structure and when they need permission to stop. That knowledge lives inside every check-in. What Indy does with it is show up daily, every morning, every evening, every time you're spiraling at 11pm, in the moments a human coach can't reach. --- WHO INDY IS FOR Indy is the ADHD planner and daily journal for people who: - Keep losing the thread of what they're actually trying to do - Feel overwhelmed or stuck despite genuinely caring about their goals - Have abandoned other ADHD planners, trackers, and systems that work for other people - Aren't sure what they even want anymore You don't need motivation or a perfect plan to start. Indy meets you where you are. --- WHAT INDY DOES DAILY CHECK-INS Morning and evening sessions under 5 minutes. Morning: slow down and choose what actually matters today. Evening: close the loop without guilt, and notice what you actually got done. WEEKLY PLANNING Short ADHD-friendly planning sessions to set realistic priorities, anticipate what might get in the way, and connect this week to what you're actually building. The roadblock question alone is worth the download. SUPPORT WHEN YOU SPIRAL When you're stuck, scattered, or starting to spiral, Indy helps you find the next concrete move. Not a lecture. A path forward. SELF-KNOWLEDGE Guided exercises to understand your strengths, energy patterns, and what makes you tick. The more Indy knows you, the more useful every check-in becomes. CHALLENGES 10 to 14-day challenges designed for how ADHD brains actually build habits, not how neurotypical planners assume they do. PROGRESS AND PATTERNS Track wins and insights over time. See what's working. Understand yourself better than any ADHD planner or journal has helped you before. --- WHAT USERS SAY "It removes the cognitive load of getting from A to B.
