Nelto: Properties & Service's App-Analysen für 4. November

Nelto keeps jobs, people, and properties in one workspace. Schedule the work, keep notes and photos on the job, and bill from what you already logged. Built for home owners, property managers, and trades. The phone is for the field. Nelto Office on the web is the same workspace for the desk. WHO IT’S FOR Home owners Add your homes and the people who service them. Every visit, note, and invoice stays on the property — so when something breaks, you know who fixed it last and what it cost. Property managers Keep every building, owner, resident, and vendor connected. Work lands on the right property, and nothing slips between sites. Vendors and crews Schedule jobs, assign people, and keep notes, photos, and files with the work. When the job is done, the invoice is already half written. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log the job — Add the work, pick the property, and put the right people on it. 2. Work the day — Notes, photos, files, and crew chat land on the job while it happens. 3. Bill from it — Turn finished work into a quote or invoice without typing it twice. WHAT YOU GET • Jobs — Schedule, assign, and track the work • Properties — Homes, units, and sites with history • Contacts — Owners, residents, crews, and vendors • Calendar — The week, laid out • Quotes and invoices — Priced from the job itself • Files — Photos and documents, kept with the job • Crew chat — Conversation that stays with the work • Team workspace — Invite the crew with a code so everyone sees the same jobs, properties, and billing Create a workspace for your business, join a team, or try Nelto with sample work. Use the same account on the phone and in Nelto Office. The owner, the manager, and the vendor finally share one record of the work.
