Lift Fitness Lagos brings together a gym, group classes, martial arts, personal training, a sauna and a Turkish bath in one place. What you can do in the app: • See the group class and martial arts timetables and book your place. • Get into the club with the app's QR code. • Check your membership and pay by card. • See your receipts and invoices. • Log your workouts and see your history and personal records. • See the results of your fitness assessments, carried out at the club by your trainer. • Log your food and water, with a barcode scanner. • Talk to your personal trainer, the nutritionist and reception. • Watch the Lift Academy videos on load, tempo, rest and progression. • Manage your family: parents and guardians see their children's entry code and look after the Kids plan.
