Frequently asked questionsHow often are the lockers filled?Lockers are filled twice daily, Monday through Saturday.Why can’t I pick up my items at the locker immediately?The library needs time to gather and process your items. If you need your hold quickly, please choose in-library pickup instead.Should I return items to a locker?No, do not return items in a locker. Please place all returns in the designated book return.How long do I have to pick up my items?When your hold is ready, you’ll receive a notification by phone, text, or email. You have seven days to pick it up.What if I no longer want the item in my locker?Please return unwanted items in the book return. Do not leave them in the locker. Once a locker door is closed, the system assumes the item is in your possession and checks it out to your account. To cancel a hold before pickup, call the Circulation Department at (330) 688-3295 ext. 3 during library hours.Why are my holds in multiple lockers?If you have more items than can fit in one locker, staff will use multiple lockers.
