This is an app that allows any staff member to activate one of seven available emergency alerts. Once the alert goes out, every person on campus, who has the app, as well as the police can be notified as to the type and location of the emergency with just a few clicks. All of this can occur within six seconds. Once the authorities have diffused the situation, parents will be notified that an emergency has occurred and has been cleared. A GPS activation system will then be turned on automatically so parents can locate their children within five feet of their location.
