iSwimStat is a wonderful way to improve your swimming workouts and efficiency in the water. iSwimStat provides a comprehensive and simple comparison analysis of your swimming workouts. The data is shown in a historical, weekly, and Monthly graphs and tables with workout details. iSwimStat calculates and shows the SWOLF (number of seconds to swim 25 yards + number of strokes). The main objective to improve your swimming workouts is to constantly aim to reduce your SWOLF. iSwimStat will award a medal for your lower (best) SWOLF of the week and a cup for the lower (best) SWOLF of the month The only requirement needed is to own a swimming watch, to record/sync your swimming workouts with your Health app, and to allow the app to read them from the Health app. The app will automatically communicate with the Health app and periodically retrieve the entire workout data from your swimming workouts only. iSwimStat provides the chance to anonymously compare your weekly and monthly records with your swimming buddies and the rest of subscribed users using a nickname as identification.
