Flow Calculator This calculator provides Friction loss (psi), Velocity (ft/second), and Fuel costs in dollars per hour for comparable pipe products under comparable flow conditions. It may be used to compare different diameters or different pipe products to allow the user to choose the best pipe to be used for the design as well as for life cycle costs used in value engineering of projects. Pricing The Pricing calculator allows the user to choose the PVC pipe use whether Agricultural or Utility pipe and input the Block price. The output is in dollars per foot of pipe. Truckload Calculator The application allows the user to choose the nearest Diamond Plastics Corporation PVC pipe manufacturing facility from a drop down list. The user can then choose from Water, Sewer, or Ag products, the pipe type and input the quantity desired. The output will indicate the percentage of a truckload that the chosen pipe and quantity will occupy for shipment.
