Then, ADR4ALL will ask you to provide a description of the dispute and to add the trader’s details and your personal details (name, city, country, phone number and email) that will be used during the dispute resolution process. After submitting your case, you can take a screenshot of your unique 4-digit case number and save it for future reference. FREE DOWNLOAD: Consumers can download the ADR4ALL app for free. MULTIMEDIA: you can upload information about your case in all formats, such as photographs, documents in different formats, videos.
