Our Climb x Bootcamp classes are a full body strength and conditioning cardio workout utilizing the Summit Power Tower by Synergy Air. CB Fit is proud to be the first in the Bay Area and third in the nation to introduce these innovative vertical Climb machines to hit the market in over two decades! We have a variety of class formats that are energy pumping and low-impact full body cardio and strength classes available to all fitness levels.
