If you are a shareholder who only holds traditional shares in such a company, you can request tokenization of your shares directly from inside the app. The app automatically fulfills your legal duty to register yourself as a shareholder for all the share tokens you acquire. If you are a board member of a company with tokenized shares on Aktionariat, you can use the Aktionariat app to authenticate yourself when signing in on the corporate dashboard. There, you can view the shareholder registry, initiate corporate actions and securely approve them with a secure multi-signature scheme and the support of the app.
