The myCAIRE™ telehealth solution connects you with your home care provider and allows you to review usage hours and flow settings of your CAIRE oxygen concentrator. You can also access the user manual, provide access to family members for additional support and request service from your home care provider whenever you need it. myCAIRE utilizes wireless technology to pass information from your oxygen concentrator to your smart device which then transmits the information to your home care provider. Your provider can support you by answering questions regarding device notifications and troubleshoot remotely. myCAIRE is a telehealth solution intended to share specified device data from the enabled CAIRE oxygen concentrator. myCAIRE does not affect oxygen concentrator settings, performance, or oxygen therapy, and is not intended for patient monitoring, diagnosis or treatment.
