Reminiscence is an activity that uses photographs, videos or sounds to prompt conversations about past experiences and important life events. The InspireD Reminiscence App has been designed to make reminiscence a more personalised and satisfying experience. The original idea for the app came from a group of people living with dementia and their carers working with researchers from Ulster University.
