Mobile IBS - an ANS CR application for the pre-flight preparation of IFR and VFR flights. mIBS is a user friendly application for the pre-flight preparation of IFR and VFR flights, optimized for use on mobile phones and tablets. Thanks to a well-arranged menu and intuitive forms, Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR) delivers, through mIBS, a reliable tool enabling the distribution and reception of all necessary information. mIBS is provided by ANS CR and is connected to the ANS CR information systems. === The application requires an active user account, created at https://ibs.rlp.cz/ (https://id.rlp.cz/), operated by ANS CR. === === The first time the application is launched, the user is asked to choose a PIN that is then required upon every application launch. === mIBS provides the following functionalities: - Access to up-to-date NOTAM messages - Access to up-to-date MET messages - Filing of new or modification of already filed flight plans either in FPL form or on the chart - Access to messages related to a flight plan - List of valid flight plans - Preparation of the Preflight Information Bulletin (PIB) - Creation of multiple independent user profiles An important mIBS feature is automatic data synchronization between mIBS and the web IBS application (available at https://ibs.rlp.cz). This ensures the changes made through mIBS are instantly available in the IBS web application and vice versa.
