We are your neighborhood barre. We know your name, probably your dog’s name, and meet you at exactly where you are when it comes to the movement- no expectations. We take lots of pride in our inclusivity and positive atmosphere, but no class comes without a challenge, and probably a swear word or two. We hope to reflect real life: working hard, feeling good, and rolling with whatever life is bringing. We offer a large variety of class types, all levels, and state of the art Pilates apparatus and equipment. No matter which class, we max out at 10 people, to make sure we got your back. Our intimate, neighborhood feel comes from being truly owner operated. We are fully connected to our community outside of the studio, and it flows right into our doors. Our high quality, dynamic classes will kick your butt, stretch you out, and reset your body and mind. Our instructors are trained with The Pilates Barre philosophy so you will always get a non-competitive vibe, fun and challenging classes, tons of variety, and great music.
