Your devices will be automatically updated through iCloud. Very user friendly, just 3 simple steps: STEP 1 (optional): Adjust the number of days in a menstrual period by tapping on the "up" or "down" buttons (by default, it is set at 28 days). STEP 2. From calendar, select the date that corresponds to the method of calculation you are going to choose in Step 3. STEP 3.
