A fast and accurate assessment of number and arithmetic skills, suitable for children between 5 1/2 and 12 years of age working under supervision of a Teacher or Teaching Assistant. A MathsScreen assessment consists of three number recognition tests and five 60-second arithmetic tests, and should take 10 minutes or less to complete. Assessments can be interrupted if necessary and will resume from the beginning of the most recent test. To launch an assessment, the adult supervising the assessment should scan the unique QR code for the pupil they want to assess. No personally identifiable information is stored on the device. At the end of an assessment, the data is uploaded to oxedandassessment.com and reports can be generated showing ranked scores for a year group. If no internet connection is available, the data can be stored on the device and uploaded at a later date. MathsScreen is suitable for schools and organisations using English as the medium of education.
