The app is just here to help.  It'll let you know when you have upcoming workouts. Help you keep track of sets, reps and weights while exercising. Even distance if you're running or swimming. If you feel like doing a random workout you can tap on a bubble in the "workout pool" and start instantly. And much, much more to come. This is a new project.
