Our laundry delivery service will collect your laundry from your doorsteps, professionally clean it at our facility, and deliver it back to you either the same day or next day for as low as $0.99 per pound! We service NYC and Westchester: Bronx, Manhattan, Yonkers, New Rochelle, and Mount Vernon. We will be expanding to Brooklyn and Queens soon, so stay tuned for updates. We offer Next-Day Services, Same-Day Services, and Specific Day Services. Our pricing is $0.99/LB for Next-Day and $1.99/LB for Same-Day. HOW IT WORKS 1) “Push to Start” your order 2) Let us know what type of laundry you have (clothes, bedding, home, pet, etc.) 3) Select your type of detergent, wash/dry preferences, and delivery service speed 4) Provide pick-up details and prepare your laundry for pick up 5) We will pick up your laundry. Then, we will wash, dry and fold it. Finally, we will deliver it back to your door! 6) Our Active Status indicator will keep you updated throughout the entire journey OUR STANDARD PROCESS (unless specified otherwise by you!) ● Label your bag(s) ● Sort your laundry (light vs dark vs white) ● Wash in cold water ● Dry in medium heat ● Fold laundry ● Pack laundry into air tight, weather proof, clear plastic bags ● Label your bag(s) and deliver back to you WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Supplies and delivery for your laundry are free! You will only pay for the weight of your laundry. Non-clothing items (comforters, pillows, shoes, etc.) may incur additional charges depending on whether or not they require their own machines. SUPPLIES & PRODUCTS We use the major brands, such as Tide, Gain, and Downy. However, you can provide your own supplies to us and we will use it for your laundry. We will return any unused supplies when we deliver your clean laundry back to you. FOR OUR SELF-SERVICE CUSTOMERS Customers who like to do laundry at our facility can view our Real-Time Machine Use feature in our App. This tool will allow customers to see how many washers and dryers are available at all times!
