Eilaji app its designed to help and guide people to do their therapeutic exercises correctly at home or anywhere through educational videos with details instructions will be shown under each video. The app contains nine categories , each category explained about specific body joint such as ( definition , type of exercises that is related to this joint). Exercise page will include a brief description about this type, the benefits that people will get from these exercises, target group ,who can do these exercises and the equipment. that they need in order to performed these exercises and in the top of the page will see the video guide , click on it and it will show you how to do it
