Users begin by setting up their personal profile to select their work schedule, their exercise frequency, their preferred exercise position (sitting/standing/floor), their target exercise area (neck pain/low back pain/make me move), and their exercise difficulty (beginner/advanced). Users will then receive regular alerts throughout their workday, based on their selections, providing them with specific exercises to complete.
