All of the data recorded during your chosen workouts is included in the merged version — heart rate, energy burned, cadence, route, and more. The result is a complete workout that looks as though it was recorded in one go. ** TRIM WORKOUTS ** MergeFit allows you to trim any workout by removing portions from the start or end of the session. A new workout is created for the trimmed segment, complete with all of the original health data for just that portion. MergeFit can export workouts as FIT files. You can also upload them directly to Strava.
