Contractors, products and services Managing contractors has never been easier – just enter their VAT ID (NIP) and the client’s details will be automatically retrieved from the GUS (Central Statistical Office) database. The same goes for products and services – you can conveniently create and edit them in the app to speed up online invoicing. Document management center Upload a file or a photo of an invoice or receipt, or import a file from another app – all documents are stored in the system and sent straight to IFIRMA accounting. You can see which files have already been posted, view your accountant’s comments and check whether anything is still missing.
