"Impressionism" is a camera filter application that allows you to create Impressionist-Style Oil Painting Art Effects Image or Movie from photo, picture, illustrations and video easily.
■Main function of App
1. Create Impressionist-Style Oil Painting Art Effects image and save it.
2. Create Impressionist-Style Oil Painting Art Effects movie and save it.
3. Edit image / movie brightness and saturation.
4. Edit touch of brush and color. *Add-on is required in order to save.
■How to Edit
1. Select image or video you want to edit from "Camera" Button.
2. When image or video was displayed, Adjust Image to the desired image by adjusting "Brush" buttons, "Color" buttons and Sliders.
*If you want to save the image / video that parameters of "Brush or Color" is not "1", you need to purchase Add-on.
3. When you touch "Save" Button, current image or video will be saved in "Photos(Camera Roll)".
■About "Impressionism"
You might have seen brightly colored oil painting that feel the feeling of air and light of the scene, when you have visited museum.
Those paintings might be the artworks that drawn by artists called "Impressionist".
"Impressionism" is an art movement around the painting that began in France in the late 19th century. The painter typical, there are Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cezanne, Jacob Camille Pissarro, Berthe Morisot, Jean-Baptiste Armand Guillaumin, and Alfred Sisley.
One of the reasons that the Impressionists were born is the invention of photography. Photograph was overwhelmingly accurate than Painting in that it depicts the subject. Therefore, Painters at the time was looking for a new pictorial expression that can not be imitated in the photograph. Among the historical background such ,painters called "Impressionist" focused upon to express the change of texture and light and air.
Initially painters of "Impressionism" were not accepted at all from the society. However, they were accepted gradually. Painters of the "Impressionist" has given a strong impact on the modern painters such as Vincent van Gogh and Paul Gauguin.
