This involves creating user personas, defining an easy workflow, and conducting usability testing throughput throughout the development cycle. This led to a design of a GUI which is very intuitive and requires minimal cognitive effort from users. We have used familiar design patterns, logical layouts, and visual cues to guide users through the application and make their interactions efficient.
