No extra cost Our service is free to use and is at no extra cost to the NHS. If you currently pay for your prescription you will pay the standard NHS charge when you order or if you’ve chosen to collect from your local pharmacy, you will be charged upon collection. Download the Hey Pharmacist app and set up your account using NHS login 2. See your repeat prescriptions and choose which you want delivered. 3. Your GP will check your order and we'll let you know when it's approved. 4. If you choose home delivery you’ll get updates on where your order’s up to. 5.
