These Terms and Conditions build an integral part of all existing legal relationships and in particular the contracts between Mibelle and the Customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Provisions deviating from these Terms and Conditions shall only be legally binding if explicitly offered by Mibelle or explicitly accepted in writing by Mibelle. 3.
