All New items carry a 30 day return policy, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.2. Please see item description for warranty information.3. Unless otherwise noted units are Brand New or non-technical returns.4. If you return an item the box must be undamaged, including no writing on the box and you must return all accessories. Also do not put a shipping label directly on the headset box. If you do that the return policy is void and you will not receive a refund.5. The Bargain Basement has different terms please read those if you are looking to order a Bargain Basement item.6. If you have a question on any item please call before ordering. We will not refund shipping due to a customer error. We will only refund shipping if it was our error.7. There is a 30% Re-Stocking fee on all orders returned unless waived by management for a valid reason.
