After registering with Aspen RxHealth and being accepted to the community, pharmacists will have unprecedented access to clinical opportunities. The Aspen RxHealth community is an on-demand workforce focused on optimizing medication use and creating an outstanding patient experience. How it works: Aspen RxHealth systematically identifies mutual characteristics between pharmacists and patients. These attributes include variables such as location, languages and clinical areas. This information is then used to better match available pharmacists to patients who have a pre-identified clinical need. The pharmacist then uses the Aspen RxHealth app to contact the patient. Once connected, the app provides an elegant workflow interface to assist the pharmacist in documenting the care experience. At the conclusion of the intervention the pharmacist simply clicks a button and directly receives payment for their services.
