This program is a loyalty plan offered by Ajman Markets coop that provides a dual benefit for all Jamaeyati subscribers in return of their shopping transactions. This program grants subscriber to:  Earn reward points that can be redeemed as cash discount worth AED 50 for every 3000 points collected by Jamaeyati Gold Card holders (shareholders), and 4000 points collected by Jamaeyati Silver Card holders  Terms and Conditions: • Points can be earned on all product displayed with a few exceptions while special discount on selected products are only entitled for Jamaeyati Promotions. • In case of any refund transaction, equivalent value of earned points will be deducted from the account. In case the account has insufficient points, then the value will be deducted from the refunded amount. • A replacement card will be issued upon request without any deduct of points value from the account and the number of lost cards is not more than two cards per year . • When a shareholder fully transfers his/her shares, all points earned along with the Gold card will be cancelled and he/she will be qualified to get a Silver card. When a subscriber is upgrade from non-shareholder (Silver card) to a shareholder (Gold card), they should inform Ajman Markets Coop, so all earned points of the silver card will be transferred to the new Gold Card account. • Ajman Markets Coop is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences linked to any malfunction that may affect the program; nevertheless, Ajman Markets Coop will compose all efforts to maintain the acquired benefits of the (subscriber/cardholder). • The validity of the earned points is up to 31st December every year after which they will be cancelled, and the subscriber’s account will start fresh on 1st January of the following year. • Ajman Markets Coop reserves the right to modify or cancel some or all of these Terms and conditions without prior notice to the (subscriber / cardholder). • Once interested cardholder accept to join Jamaeyati Program, this recognition will be considered as a declaration agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned above."
