Learn a new language with LanguaTree!  Users of this app have the opportunity to listen to audio recordings in a variety of languages.  With each language, users have access to a library of recordings, along with a frequency dictionary ordered by the most common words in the language. The frequency dictionaries are produced using modern natural language processing algorithms to cluster words of the same root together. With each recording, users have access to transcripts, translations, and word-for-word translation. Additionally, users can play word games to learn vocabulary in an interactive way. An interactive map of the world displays the languages that are offered in the application. New language content can be efficiently added by users, streamlining the content aggregation process for practically any spoken language. We hope to open the doors for many lesser-spoken languages to be learned online, as well as be a useful learning resource for all languages, whether spoken by merely hundreds to hundreds of millions of people.
