PBZ mToken is a mobile app used for authentication and authorisation processes when using the following online services: • PBZCOM@NET – Internet Banking for corporate clients • e-Salary (e-Plaće) – the payment of wages, salaries and other remuneration into employees’ accounts • PBZ Digital Banking – Internet Banking for retail clients • 3D Secure – payment verification for online shopping • e-Citizens (e-Građani) – access to the e-Citizens portal Safety first The use of the PBZ mToken app is completely secure and certified according to the ISO 27001:2005 standard. The PBZ mToken is opened using a PIN known only to the user, which is not saved to your phone guaranteeing the maximum security. If the phone is stolen and somebody else attempts to access online services by entering incorrect data during registration, user authorisation is blocked, adding another layer of protection against unwanted access. Simple activation After installation, PBZ mToken needs to be activated by entering activation codes. You can request the activation codes in any PBZ branch office. If you use PBZ mToken for business purposes, you can request new activation codes at the Sinergo Desk or by contacting your Client Relations Manager. After entering the activation codes, you must now choose your PIN. When choosing the PIN, a PIN association is created consisting of the name of a country and an image of the country’s flag. The purpose of the PIN association is to assist users when opening the PBZ mToken by reminding them of the PIN they chose when activating the app if the app is used offline.
