Construire en santé is the health promotion and management program of MÉDIC Construction. Its aim is to improve the health of insured members and their dependents while reducing insurance plan costs. However, the R3 plans (RC3, RE3, RF3, RL3, RM3, and RT3) and the Z plan are excluded.
