You can select from predefined rest time lengths between 1 and 3 minutes. Each rest time will be followed by 30 seconds of work time to execute your exercise. The timers will repeate until you stop it. During rest times you will have prominent haptic feedback at 30 seconds and 10 seconds remaining, this way you don’t need to constantly look at your watch.
