On-Device AI Translator app analytics for October 22

AI Translator keeps the translation model on your iPhone. The text you translate never leaves the device, and it works in airplane mode. Two engines · System Translation: free, no model download. The system downloads a language pack the first time you use a language. · On-device AI models: Tencent Hy-MT2 1.8B / 7B, Google TranslateGemma 4B, Qwen3 and Qwen2.5. Pick one to match your device's memory and the quality you need — once downloaded, everything runs offline. Replace the system translator Make this your default translation app, then select text in any app and tap Translate. This app opens, translates with your chosen local model, and can replace the original text in place or copy it. 20 languages Simplified and Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian and Hindi.
