Therefore, we reiterate: Every service mentioned in the application can be completed manually by visiting the relevant government agency. The application is not a replacement for official channels, but rather a digital guide that reduces effort and time. We emphasize again: We have no official relationship with the government, receive no funding or support from it, and do not represent it in any way. Everything we do is an independent, individual initiative aimed at serving the community through technology, with a full commitment to accuracy and transparency.
