Analyse de l'application Slofy - Less Screentime pour le 18 octobre

The only real free App Blocker. Slofy helps you build healthier digital habits — without removing your apps completely. Instead of harsh restrictions, Slofy adds gentle friction to make you pause and think before you scroll. Create App Groups: Bundle distracting apps like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube into groups and apply rules to all of them at once. Unlock Delays: When you open a restricted app, Slofy pauses you with a short countdown. This moment of reflection helps you decide: do I really need this right now? Limited Unlocks: Set a daily number of unlocks per group. Once used, your streak resets — encouraging you to stay within your limits. Unlocking Duration: Choose how long each unlock lasts (1 to 60 minutes). When time is up, Slofy gently reminds you. Timetable: Set specific days and times when restrictions are active. Block social media during work hours or late at night. Streaks: Track how many days you stay within your limits. Build consistency and watch your streak grow. No ads. No harsh blocking. Just mindful friction. Slofy uses Accessibility permissions to detect when a blocked app is opened and display the shield screen.
