This flagship project marks JDP’s first greenfield development in the Middle East and represents a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy. With a planned construction area of approximately 70,000 square meters, it will be a key logistics gateway, supporting the region’s growing cross-border e-commerce demands and enhancing air freight and distribution services across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
