Her nieces are her world, and the presence of love can be felt throughout the room as she describes how close she holds them to her heart. Manne arrived in the United States from Ecuador in 2002 with no experience in production but a powerful desire to succeed. Her determination and work ethic set her on a remarkable journey in the manufacturing industry. Despite starting from scratch, Manne embraced every opportunity to learn and grow, quickly adapting to the demands of the job. Her resilience and dedication propelled her into increasingly responsible roles, transforming her into an asset that our team is grateful to have. With a commitment to personal and professional growth, Manne steadily advanced through various roles in the Assembly Line Department where she began her journey at Precision in 2003. Her responsibilities included pulling parts from stock and managing assembly tasks, all of which prepared her for her eventual specialization in the Sub Kits Department in 2012. Recognizing her leadership capabilities and expertise, Manne was promoted to supervisor in 2016, marking a significant milestone in her career.
