<p>Installation is easy, requiring only a single rectangular cut in the counter top. The bottom portion of the box is secured to the underside of the counter top with a metal flange and four stainless screws. In the bottom of the plastic box is a drain hole to eliminate any water that may egress into the box. The OB-2-CT-SP is a fully ETL listed plug and play unit and includes a nine foot 20 AMP plug.</p>

Description 1 Review The floor box kit includes the box and cover. The box is suitable for raised floors such as wood structured floors, stages and raised access floors. It has two compartments, opposite to each other, allowing the installation of power on one side and low voltage on the other side. The box is made of 16 GA galvanized steel, powder coated in grey to provide an aesthetic look and an additional protection layer against corrosion. Low profile box 3 1/8” depth. 5 knock outs on each compartment for 3/4”conduits installation. Knockouts areas are free of paint to assure a proper bonding and make the installation easier. Two clips, one on each side of the box, adjust the box to different floor thicknesses. Manufactured in compliance with the UL 514A standard and UL Listed for use in USA and Canada. The Stainless Steel cover has a beveled edge that prevents trip hazard, hides the edges of hard surface flooring and prevents carpet from fraying. A discreet and retractable handle facilitates the opening of the door, which grants access to the interior of the box. Two cable exits with rubber foam protect outgoing cables. UL Listed. Cover is ADA compliant.
