Over the past ten years of exploration into different contemplative traditions, I have found Unified Mindfulness to be an important tool in uniting the different languages we are using to describe that same, indescribable “nature of nature”.Magic happens when I see clients and myself moving from thinking about our daily experience to actually living it fully in the presence.
